00:18:43In case of a Cardassian attack the Enterprise will be assigned as command ship for this sector.
00:18:50If the Cardassians got wind of that...
00:18:52They might have assumed that captain Picard would know those defense plans.
00:18:55If your theory is correct, the Cardassians may be planning an attack somewhere in this sector.
